Certification Questions

VTA’s learner-friendly platform makes training accessible (PC, Mac, laptop, mobile, etc.), and engaging through the use of adult learning concepts. The platform is easy to use and very effective!

Each participant receives an individual log-in that is defined by the organization or by VTA.   They log in, complete the training program, take the assessment, and upon successful completion of all quizzes, they receive an acknowledgment of completion.

The certification process can be individually designed to meet client needs.  Typically, at the end of each chapter, there is a short quiz of five or more questions on the content.  Participants must score at least 80% (4 out of 5) correct answers to pass.  Upon the successful completion of all quizzes, the participant earns their “Certification” and can print a “Certificate of Completion.”

The Certification is helpful for organizations/clients that wish to celebrate their employee’s accomplishments on a non-monetary incentive basis.

The completion time depends on the program and varies with each topic.

For example, the Ethics program by Chuck Gallagher is designed to be completed in 5 – 7 minutes per day for 30 days.

Another example is the Inclusion and Diversity training by Lenora Billings-Harris, which is designed to be completed in 15 – 20 minutes per day for 20 – 30 days.

Dr. Nika White offers Inclusion Training and is designed to be completed in 10 minutes per day for 7 – 10 days.

You do not have to complete the courses in order. However, for the best results, we recommend that you view the courses and chapters in order.

Not really.  If a participant takes notes and views each chapter, he/she will virtually pass the quiz on the first try.

Yes.  The VTA system is designed for you to work at a pace that you and your manager agree is reasonable, and that is dictated by your organization.

Technical Questions

Virtual Training Associates offer 24/7 access to training experts who provide world-class content from any device.

All content is trackable for reporting purposes and may provide a legal defense for the organization/client (i.e., compliance training).

Our training programs are SCORM compliant so that our content can be hosted within your LMS system.

All training is monitored using detailed reports that are provided to the manager(s).  These reports are customizable and allow managers to see learner adoption, engagement, and more, ensuring that the organization receives precisely what it needs for coaching purposes.

 

The beauty of the VTA platform is that you will have the capability, as a manager, to go into the system and view detailed reports. Managers will be able to see exactly what progress each participant has made, how much time they have spent studying the curriculum, and how many quizzes they have successfully passed.

The reports will provide you with a complete accountability process that monitors and tracks the progress of each participant.  It is also an excellent tool for you to coach and manage your trainees with enhanced insight.

The organizations have complete control over the data they collect from their users.  VTA does not collect any data about participant results.  We do not use the data for internal VTA purposes.

It takes minimal time to set up your training content on the VTA Platform.  Administrator(s) are selected within your organization, added to the system, then the administrator(s) upload the user names, email addresses, and locations into the system.
