For over 25 years, Dr. George Lucas has been a learning resource to organizations in the areas of sales, sales leadership, and negotiation skills. His primary focus is on assisting his clients in the advancement of their organic growth initiatives. These programs have been conducted on six continents for a variety of firms in the risk and benefits advisory sectors.
In 2013, Dr. Lucas joined Schul Baker Partners, LLC, where he now serves as the firm’s Director of Learning and Coaching. George is author and co-author of several successful books, including The One Minute *Negotiator with Don Hutson, a New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and USA Today International Best Seller.
He received his Bachelor’s degree, MBA, and Ph.D. from the University of Missouri and served in sales positions with American Hospital Supply and Pitney Bowes. As an educator, he has held faculty positions at both Texas A&M and The University of Memphis. George has held faculty positions at both Texas A&M and The University of Memphis. He was recognized as one of the top professors in the Executive and International MBA programs.
